Très bonne ergonomie, la prise en main est sûre et agréable. La lame est très épaisse et arrondie au bout ce qui pourrait déplaire à certains mais qui je trouve lui donne un toucher pas trop dangereux. De plus, bien qu\'étant annoncé comme modèle \"dur\", la lame est légèrement flexible, ce qui améliore encore la sécurité à l\'entrainement. Je recommande ce couteau d\'entrainement.
